Home America Mortgage, Inc. offers a variety of benefits. Medical, Dental, 401K, and Life Insurance are offered. All employees will have a 90 day waiting period from the date of hire before becoming eligible for benefits.

Medical insurance is offered through Coventry Healthcare of Georgia. There are two(2) plans offered. They are:

HMO - You do not need to list a primary care physician (PCP). You also do not need a referral for a specialist such as a Dermatologist, OB/GYN etc. Co-pays will be listed on your card. They range from $20.00 - $40.00

POS - You have the option to go outside the network. Keep in mind that payments may be higher if this occurs. Co-pays range from $15.00 - $30.00.

Prescription Drugs - The Co-payment for Prescription Drugs is:
  - $15 (Fifteen dollars) for Formulary generic Prescription Drugs.
  - $35 (Thirty-five dollars) for Formulary brand name Prescription Drugs.
  - $60 (Sixty dollars) for non-Formulary Prescription Drugs.
