Loan Officer
The position of Loan Officer is responsible for continuously soliciting, negotiating, underwriting and coordinating the closing of consumer, residential and commercial mortgage loans in compliance with Home America's lending policies and procedures.

Loan Officers promote business for Home America by maintaining good customer relations through referrals from existing customers and marketing for new clients.

The position of Loan Officer assists in attaining established corporate, region and branch goals through active participation in new and existing products and sales programs.
We have immediate opening for experienced loan officers.

Candidate must have two (2) years experience and supply proof of past production.

Loan Officer Assistant
