• Copy of executed sales contract
• Two (2) months bank statments
• One (1) month pay stub
• Last two (2) years W-2s
• Last statement for special assets (examples: 401k, IRA, Stocks, Bonds)
• Rental lease for all owned properties
• Divorce decree (if alimony or child support is applicable)
• Self-employed and commissioned borrowers provide last two (2) years tax returns with all schedules
